Architect / Experienced Part 2 - High-End Residential

About the role

An established architecture and design practice specialising in high-end residential projects is looking for a newly qualified Architect or very experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join its growing project team. The studio focuses on crafted design, quality and attention to detail, delivering architectural and interior solutions across prestigious residential developments. The successful candidate will take ownership of important project packages and support the coordination and delivery of interior architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Take responsibility for key architectural and interior architecture packages.
• Develop detailed design and technical information through to delivery.
• Coordinate interior architecture packages across the project.
• Produce high-quality technical drawings and details.
• Work closely with the wider architectural and design team and coordinate with consultants and other project stakeholders.
• Contribute to bespoke design solutions and ensure a high level of technical accuracy and design quality.

Required profile

• Newly qualified Architect or very experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant.
• Strong experience in high-end residential architecture and/or interiors; scale of projects matters less than technical ability, attention to detail and a passion for quality design.
• Excellent Archicad skills are essential.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction, with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident taking ownership of project packages, with good coordination and communication skills.
