Architect – London

About the role

Our client, an award‑winning design‑led architecture practice, is seeking an Architect to join its London studio. You will work closely with directors, taking ownership of residential and housing projects from planning through to construction, while enjoying genuine client exposure and a collaborative culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects across multiple RIBA stages.
• Coordinate clients, consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Produce and oversee technical drawing packages.
• Manage project delivery through construction.
• Attend client meetings and site visits.

Required profile

• ARB‑registered architect.
• Proven experience delivering UK residential and housing projects.
• Experience running projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong technical delivery across RIBA Stages 3–5.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.

Required skills

• Archicad proficiency.
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
