Architect (Part 3)

About the role

We are partnering with an established architectural practice in Liverpool that is expanding its team. The role is for a qualified Part 3 Architect who will contribute to a variety of projects, mentor junior staff and help drive design excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Work across new builds, renovations and commercial projects.
• Manage a wide range of RIBA stages and develop practical design solutions.
• Prepare planning, building‑regulation and construction drawing packages.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and local authorities.
• Attend client meetings, site visits and project reviews.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative studio culture.

Required profile

• Qualified Architect with Part 3 accreditation and ARB registration.
• Experience within a UK architectural practice.
• Strong technical knowledge and detailing ability.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
