Architect – Project Lead for Boutique Architecture Studio

About the role
We are seeking a confident and personable Architect to join our close‑knit boutique studio. You will be instrumental in delivering high‑end residential and interior projects from concept through to completion, working within a collaborative, design‑led environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead or support projects across all RIBA stages, ensuring design quality and technical accuracy.
- Develop concept designs, detailed drawings and construction documents.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and clients to keep projects on schedule and budget.
- Maintain a strong design sensibility while meeting client briefs and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in job‑running for high‑end residential projects.
- Excellent communication and detail‑orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Required skills
- AutoCAD proficiency.
