Architect – RIBA Chartered Practice in Liverpool

About the role

This permanent position offers a fantastic opportunity to join an established RIBA‑chartered practice delivering award‑winning design services across residential, healthcare, leisure and commercial sectors. The role is based in the Liverpool studio and supports a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver a range of architectural projects.
• Produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages.
• Collaborate with the design team on day‑to‑day project tasks.
• Liaise with main contractors and sub‑contractor teams.
• Attend design team meetings and site visits.
• Issue working drawing packs of information.

Required profile

• ARB registration with a strong post‑RIBA Part 3 qualification.
• Experience as an architect within a UK practice.
• Proven experience on large‑scale projects across multiple sectors.
• Live within a commutable distance to Liverpool.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Revit.
• Excellent drawing and design capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and organisational abilities.
