Architectural BIM Manager – Remote (UK)

About the role

We are seeking an Architectural BIM Manager to support a multidisciplinary consultancy specialising in data centre projects. The role involves working remotely with a team of architects and technicians to deliver design packages using Revit and related BIM tools.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee BIM design models and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs meet project requirements.
• Conduct clash detection tests, resolve complications, and ensure compliance with the BIM Execution Plan.
• Maintain concise models and organise documentation efficiently within the Common Data Environment.
• Run regular quality checks to verify that design models align with client and project specifications.
• Facilitate coordination meetings to address design or model issues and drive solutions.

Required profile

• Experience on complex industrial or data centre projects.
• Previous role as BIM Coordinator, BIM Manager or similar, preferably in infrastructure or building projects.
• Strong technical background with proven use of Revit, Navisworks or Dynamo.
• Experience with clash detection systems and solid understanding of current BIM standards, regulations and policies.
• Ability to manage and process BIM models accurately.
