About the role
This permanent position offers a talented Architectural Technician the chance to work on high‑profile, multidisciplinary projects for a leading practice in Newcastle upon Tyne.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver projects from inception through to completion.
- Prepare building‑regulation packages and submit planning applications.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to verify technical compliance.
- Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure successful delivery.
Required profile
- Degree in Architectural Technology.
- Post‑qualification experience as a technician within a UK practice.
- Experience working from RIBA Stage 4 onwards on a variety of sectors.
- Strong technical detailing ability and knowledge of UK building regulations.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Revit.
