Architectural Technician – Residential Development

About the role

We are seeking an Architectural Technician to join the technical team of a leading residential developer. The role will support the design and delivery of new‑build housing projects across Cheshire and North Wales, offering long‑term stability and clear progression pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, coordinate and manage technical and working drawing packages throughout the development lifecycle.
• Prepare house‑type and site‑specific construction details.
• Manage consultant information and ensure compliance with programme requirements.
• Coordinate planning conditions and Building Regulation submissions.
• Support residential developments from pre‑construction through to completion.
• Liaise with commercial, construction and land teams to resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Architectural Technician, Architectural Technologist or Technical Coordinator in residential development.
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
