About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award‑winning RIBA chartered practice that works across the logistics and retail sectors. The practice is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Architectural Technologist to join its Leeds studio.

Key responsibilities

• Attend design team and site meetings.
• Undertake site visits to ensure projects achieve high quality and technical compliance.
• Manage and coordinate the design team while providing technical design input.
• Prepare planning, technical and construction drawings.
• Prepare and submit planning applications.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in architectural technology or architecture.
• Post‑qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice.
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Live within a commutable distance to Leeds.
