Archive & Logistics Coordinator – Secure Storage

About the role

We are looking for an Archive & Logistics Coordinator to join a specialist storage and logistics operation in Winsford. This hands‑on position blends archive management, warehouse logistics and customer service within a secure underground environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, process and store incoming documents and archive materials.
• Locate, retrieve and prepare customer assets for collection or delivery.
• Operate a computerised document tracking and logging system, scanning assets for full traceability.
• Support transport administration, work‑order processing and route planning.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to client enquiries.
• Operate a forklift truck for daily warehouse and storage activities (approximately 20% of the role).
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, site presentation and health‑and‑safety compliance.

Required profile

• Valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• IT literate with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and adapt flexibly.
• Comfortable working in a secure underground storage environment; full UK driving licence preferred.
