Area Business Manager – Respiratory Therapy (South West & South Wales)

About the role

This role offers the chance to sell an established non‑invasive respiratory therapy across a large South West and South Wales territory, working with UK hospitals and NHS accounts. You will promote high‑flow respiratory capital equipment and newly launched consumables, building on an existing strong customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Sell specialist high‑flow respiratory capital equipment and consumables to NHS hospitals.
• Introduce newly launched products into existing accounts and develop opportunities across Critical Care, Respiratory, NICU and PICU.
• Build and maintain relationships with nurses, doctors and clinical decision‑makers.
• Open new NHS opportunities and deliver consultative, clinically credible sales.

Required profile

• Experience within the NHS, either commercially or clinically.
• Respiratory physiotherapists, ICU nurses or respiratory nurses with strong commercial instincts.
• Confident communicator able to influence clinical stakeholders.
• Proactive, resilient and commercially minded with a full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Understanding of complex clinical environments and ability to sell on clinical value.
• Ability to develop long‑term customer relationships.
