Area Manager – Contract Cleaning (Bracknell to Reading)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead our contract cleaning operations across the Bracknell‑Reading corridor. The role involves overseeing commercial cleaning contracts, supporting growth, and ensuring high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple cleaning sites and supervise site managers and supervisors.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, handling account management for commercial contracts.
• Drive recruitment and onboarding of new staff to support business expansion.
• Oversee the delivery of cleaning services to meet contractual obligations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on growth strategies and new contract acquisition.

Required profile

• Proven track record of managing several sites within the cleaning or facilities sector.
• Experience in account management and handling commercial contracts.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
