About the role
As an Area Manager at Amazon, you will lead a diverse team within a fast‑paced operational site, ensuring safety, productivity and quality standards are consistently met. You will be responsible for driving performance across multiple shifts while collaborating with other managers and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing across the site.
- Analyse performance data and implement corrective actions to maintain high quality and productivity.
- Support and lead a team, handling administrative tasks and fostering a strong team culture.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to optimise work and enhance customer service.
- Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes and manage operational contingencies.
Required profile
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) completed before the start date.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams in an operational environment.
- Strong focus on safety, wellbeing and continuous improvement.
