About the role
We are seeking an Area Merchandiser to support a leading beauty retail operation across Southampton, Bristol, Reading and surrounding areas. This field‑based role involves visiting stores, launching new products and ensuring high merchandising standards.
Key responsibilities
- Visit stores across the assigned region
- Merchandise new product launches and range changes
- Audit planogram compliance and overall merchandising standards
- Coach and train store merchandisers
- Troubleshoot store issues and recommend improvements
- Build strong relationships with store teams
- Produce reports and photographic feedback
Required profile
- Retail experience in a fast‑paced environment
- Coaching or colleague development experience
- Organised with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and confidently
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required
