About the Role
Join the UK's most loved car buying service! As we continue our rapid expansion with over 500 branches and new openings every month, we are looking for enthusiastic, honest, and service-oriented individuals to join our growing team.
Main Missions
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring an exceptional service experience.
- Manage the full car buying process, from initial customer contact to closing the sale.
- Organize and manage your daily agenda to meet appointments and performance targets.
- Conduct professional vehicle evaluations and negotiate prices effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the back-office team and colleagues to ensure smooth branch operations.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize workload, and perform under pressure.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building long-lasting relationships.
- Must hold a full UK manual driving license.
- No prior automotive knowledge is required; we provide comprehensive training.
