Area Sales Manager - Bathroom Products

About the role

The Area Sales Manager will lead field sales of a broad portfolio of bathroom and heating products across a defined region in East Anglia. You will work directly with independent bathroom showrooms and merchants, driving revenue and expanding market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell bathroom furniture, showers, enclosures, sanitaryware, brassware, mirrors, lighting, radiators and related products.
• Manage a territory generating approximately £700k annual turnover, targeting average order values of £50‑£3k.
• Develop and maintain relationships with independent showrooms, merchants and national retailers.
• Collaborate closely with the internal sales team to achieve targets.
• Report on sales activity, pipeline and market feedback.

Required profile

• Proven field‑based sales experience in the kitchen‑bathroom‑basin (KBB) market.
• Existing contacts within independent bathroom and retail showroom channels.
• Stable career history with a focus on long‑term growth.
• Self‑motivated, organised, customer‑service oriented.
