Area Sales Manager – Concrete Division (Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire & Lincolnshire)

About the role

Holcim UK is seeking an ambitious Area Sales Manager to lead the growth of its concrete product range across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. You will be the primary point of contact for key construction customers, driving new business and strengthening long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities throughout the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and national house builders, groundworkers, civil engineering contractors and builders' merchants.
• Grow sales through distribution partners and generate specifications that convert projects into concrete orders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, promoting sustainable construction solutions.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, commercially focused and passionate about winning new business.
• Proven ability to prospect, open doors and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Experience in the construction or building materials sector is preferred.
