Area Sales Manager – Construction Site Access Control

About the role
The Area Sales Manager will promote a high‑quality range of access control and site security solutions to facilities management companies, main contractors, sub‑contractors and end‑users across North London, the North Home Counties and East Anglia.
Key responsibilities
- Sell access control and site security products to FM companies, main contractors, sub‑contractors and end‑users.
- Manage a portfolio of projects ranging from £5k to £500k.
- Balance new‑business hunting with existing account management.
- Maintain and grow an established territory currently generating £2.5‑3 million in turnover.
Required profile
- Proven construction field sales experience selling directly to sites via FM companies, main contractors, sub‑contractors and end‑users.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical product information.
- Commercially astute with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Team‑player with a hunter mindset.
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary of £50,000 plus a £20,000‑£25,000 performance bonus.
- £7,200 annual car allowance.
