Area Sales Manager – Pharmaceutical (South East England)

About the role

Our client, a leading wellness and pharmaceutical products business, is seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover the South East of England. You will be responsible for promoting a broad portfolio of branded products to independent pharmacy retailers, building relationships and driving revenue growth across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Visit existing and new pharmacy accounts to introduce and sell a wide range of branded products.
• Maximise sales volume and order value while meeting or exceeding targets.
• Lead in‑store activations, promotions and merchandising opportunities.
• Plan and organise your own diary, ensuring efficient coverage of the assigned territory.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably within the pharmacy or pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and product placement.
• Full UK driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with a desire to succeed.

• Competitive salary between £38,000 and £43,000 D.O.E.
• Car allowance, fuel card and a 10% performance bonus.
