Area Sales Manager – Safety Barriers & Solutions

About the role

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for field‑based sales of a comprehensive range of safety barrier solutions across the South West. You will focus on industrial end‑users, driving new business and meeting turnover targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and achieve a turnover target of £1 million+.
• Sell safety products such as barriers, bollards, height restrictors and safety gates to large industrial clients (e.g., DHL, Nestlé, BMW).
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and end‑users.
• Present solution‑focused proposals, emphasizing quality over price.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven field‑sales experience with safety‑related products or similar industrial solutions.
• Strong business‑development background, preferably selling to large end‑users.
• Experience selling products such as safety barriers, bollards, guard rails, industrial doors, high‑speed doors, shutters, balustrades or related protection systems.
• Ability to work independently in a territory covering the South West.
