ASB Officer – Safer Neighbourhoods

About the role

You will join a well‑established social housing provider focused on neighbourhood safety and resident wellbeing. The position involves managing a busy caseload of anti‑social behaviour (ASB) and tenancy‑related issues, working closely with legal colleagues, partner agencies and community safety teams.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of a varied ASB caseload, responding to reports and progressing cases through prevention, intervention and enforcement.
• Maintain accurate data, clear case notes and regular updates for customers and partner agencies.
• Prepare high‑quality legal documentation, including statements, injunction applications, possession paperwork and breach documentation.
• Attend court, support legal colleagues, give evidence when required and carry out advocacy as appropriate.

Required profile

• Strong experience in ASB case management within social housing or community safety.
• Confidence preparing legal documentation such as statements, injunctions and possession cases.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload with accurate notes and consistent progression.
• Clear communication skills with customers, colleagues and partner agencies.
• Comfort attending court and supporting legal processes.

• Temporary contract (fixed‑term) with a 35‑hour week, Monday‑Friday.
