Asbestos Surveyor – Brighton to London corridor

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join our Brighton‑based consultancy and cover the busy M23 corridor between London and Sussex. The role involves client‑facing surveying work, project management and detailed reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct asbestos surveys across the M23 corridor.
• Perform air monitoring, site analysis and bulk asbestos analysis.
• Prepare accurate survey reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Manage projects independently and act as an ambassador for the company.
• Communicate professionally with clients and contractors on site.

Required profile

• Minimum BOHS P402 qualification (S301 preferred).
• At least 1 year surveying experience within a UKAS‑accredited company.
• Full‑time availability (37.5 hours per week) and flexible working hours.
• Right to work in the UK and a clean driving licence.
• Preferably based within the M23 corridor.
