Asbestos Surveyor – Glasgow

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join a well‑established consultancy supporting commercial, industrial and public sector projects across Glasgow and the Central Belt. The role offers a stable, permanent position with a clear workload and strong operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys in line with HSG264.
• Work on commercial, industrial and public sector properties.
• Produce clear, accurate and compliant asbestos survey reports.
• Manage your own workload across regional projects.
• Ensure all activities comply with current legislation and HSE guidance.

Required profile

• BOHS P402 (or equivalent) qualification.
• Proven experience as an Asbestos Surveyor.
• Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance.
• Ability to work independently in a field‑based role.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• BOHS P402 (or equivalent) certification.
• Knowledge of HSG264 survey standards.
