Asbestos Surveyor – Permanent, South West (Bristol)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support projects across Bristol and the wider South West. The position offers a stable workload, competitive salary and long‑term progression within a supportive consultancy.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys in line with HSG264.
- Survey commercial and mixed‑use properties throughout the South West.
- Produce accurate, compliant asbestos survey reports.
- Liaise professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Ensure all work complies with current legislation and HSE guidance.
Required profile
- BOHS P402 (or equivalent) certification.
- Proven experience as an Asbestos Surveyor.
- Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance.
- Ability to manage workload independently.
- Full UK driving licence.
Required skills
- BOHS P402 certification.
- Knowledge of HSG264 standards.
