About the role
We are seeking a motivated graduate to join our specialist school near Dorking as an Aspiring Educational Psychologist. You will support children with severe learning difficulties and challenging behaviours, working alongside a multidisciplinary therapy team.
Key responsibilities
- Work one‑to‑one and in small groups with students to deliver tailored learning activities.
- Plan and adapt educational tasks to match each pupil’s ability, with teacher support.
- Encourage development of social skills and provide both academic and pastoral support.
- Collaborate closely with speech, language, occupational and physiotherapy staff.
- Assist in delivering blended therapeutic interventions across the curriculum.
Required profile
- Passionate about helping children reach their full potential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build confidence and motivation.
- Resilient under stress, calm in conflict situations, and a compassionate listener.
- Legal right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).

What we offer
- Daily rate of £93‑£110 (Mon‑Fri, 8:30‑15:30, term‑time only).
- Excellent on‑site training, support and CPD to ensure safeguarding of all students.
