Assembler – Manufacturing (Temporary)

About the role
We are looking for motivated Assemblers to join a leading global manufacturer in Colchester. The role is temporary and offers an immediate start, allowing you to gain hands‑on experience in the production of air‑conditioning systems.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble fan units and related components following technical drawings.
- Use hand and power tools to fit and secure parts.
- Operate cranes to lift and manoeuvre large impeller builds.
- Support multiple departments as required, adapting to shifting production needs.
Required profile
- Reliable work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Interest in engineering and production processes.
Required skills
- Experience with hand tools.
- Experience with power tools.
- Basic crane operation or willingness to be trained.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
