About the role
We are seeking a skilled Assembly Operative to join a client in Leighton Buzzard, assembling bespoke furniture to exact customer specifications. The role involves using hand tools to construct high‑quality pieces while following detailed instructions.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble custom furniture components using hand tools.
- Interpret and follow technical drawings and customer specifications.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the build process.
- Ensure the finished product meets quality standards before delivery.
Required profile
- Previous experience in cabinet making or high‑skill level assembly.
- Strong eye for detail and pride in workmanship.
- Ability to work full‑time on an ongoing basis until the end of the year.
- Reliability and ability to follow instructions precisely.

What we offer
- Hourly rate of £13‑£15, dependent on experience.
- Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday 7:30 am‑4:45 pm (Friday 7:30 am‑4 pm).
- Potential contract lasting until the end of the year.
