About the role
Join a specialist ventilation manufacturer as an Assembly Operative in the fans department. You will work on a factory floor assembling fan components for large ventilation units.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble fans by hand using supplied parts and fasteners.
- Operate hand tools such as screwdrivers to secure small components.
- Follow step‑by‑step assembly instructions to ensure product quality.
- Maintain a tidy work area and report any issues to supervisors.
Required profile
- No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
- Comfortable working in a factory environment.
- Reliable, punctual and able to manage time effectively.
- Hard‑working and willing to learn new skills.
Required skills
- Hand tool operation

- Basic mechanical assembly

- £13.13 per hour, paid weekly.
