Assembly Operative – Medical Device Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking motivated Assembly Operatives to join a fast‑growing medical‑device manufacturer in Bourton‑on‑the‑Water. You will work in a controlled cleanroom environment, assembling precision components to strict GMP and ISO standards while supporting a friendly, high‑performance team.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble precision medical‑device components in a cleanroom.
• Follow GMP, ISO procedures and company quality guidelines.
• Meet production targets with high accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail and patience.
• Strong manual dexterity for handling small components.
• Ability to work at pace and meet tight deadlines.
• Reliable with good time‑keeping and work ethic.
• Good communication skills and a positive, hardworking attitude.

Required skills

• Familiarity with GMP standards.
• Understanding of ISO manufacturing procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
