About the role
We are seeking motivated individuals for a 2‑month fixed‑term Assembly Operator position at our Broughty Ferry manufacturing site. You will receive paid training and then work across various areas of the factory, supporting day and back shifts as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Follow the Safe‑to‑Start process and promote a safe working culture.
- Maintain high quality standards and pay meticulous attention to detail.
- Perform assembly tasks and assist in different production areas based on business needs.
- Adapt to flexible shift patterns, including day and back shifts.
Required profile
- Self‑starter who can work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team‑player able to support multiple teams and projects.
- Willingness to put in effort to improve performance and be flexible to business needs.
