About the role

We are seeking a reliable Assembly Operator with solid soldering experience to join our busy manufacturing team in Poole. The role involves assembling electronic and mechanical components on day‑shift hours, contributing to a fast‑paced production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical parts to precise specifications.
• Perform soldering tasks using hand‑held tools and equipment.
• Interpret assembly drawings and work instructions accurately.
• Inspect finished assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Meet daily production targets while adhering to safety protocols.

Required profile

• Previous experience in assembly within a manufacturing or production setting.
• Proven soldering ability.
• Good manual dexterity and strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Competitive hourly pay of £13‑£14, dependent on experience.
• Day‑shift schedule: Monday‑Thursday 8:00‑16:00, Friday 8:00‑13:30.
