Assembly Technician

About the role

We are looking for an Assembly Technician to join a friendly, close‑knit manufacturing team in East London. You will work in a clean, modern workshop assembling high‑quality bespoke equipment, with full training and support from experienced colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components of bespoke equipment.
• Use hand tools, nuts and bolts to build and fit parts.
• Follow health and safety procedures and maintain a tidy work area.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet quality standards.
• Record assembly steps and report any issues.
• Participate in ongoing training to expand technical knowledge.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an assembly technician, mechanical fitter or similar role.
• Comfortable working with hand tools and basic mechanical/electrical tasks.
• Ability to read simple drawings or schematics.
• Willingness to learn new skills and procedures.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
