Assessment and Reconnection Worker

About the role

Corus Consultancy is seeking compassionate Assessment and Reconnection Workers to join the West London LIFE service. You will be part of the new Assessment Hub at Apple Tree Cottage, delivering rapid assessments and guiding clients toward safe, appropriate accommodation within a 28‑day window.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct housing eligibility and support‑needs assessments for clients at risk of rough sleeping.
• Identify suitable accommodation options and assist clients in securing them.
• Provide dynamic, person‑centred support throughout the assessment period.
• Carry out basic housing management tasks to maintain high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Understanding of homelessness and vulnerable housing issues, ideally with lived experience.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with a wide range of partners.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to helping people transform their lives.
