Assessment Officer – Online Assessment Delivery

About the role

Join Transformative Business Services (TBS) as an Assessment Officer, supporting government and public‑sector clients in delivering live, online assessments. You will work in a fast‑paced digital environment, using platforms such as Sova and Microsoft Teams to ensure a smooth, fair candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and deliver professional online assessments, interviews and role‑play exercises following structured frameworks.
• Provide technical support to candidates throughout the assessment process.
• Record assessment outcomes accurately and ensure sessions are completed on time.
• Maintain consistency and quality by following scoring guidance and scripts integrated in the Sova platform.
• Collaborate with the assessment delivery team to manage multiple channels simultaneously.

Required profile

• Experience in assessment delivery, recruitment, interviewing or structured candidate assessment.
• Strong organisational skills, excellent time‑keeping and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model with regular on‑site attendance (approximately once per month).
• Ability to work under assessment‑driven schedules.
