Assistant Aftersales Manager – Automotive Service

About the role

The Solution Auto is seeking an experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager to support the Service Department of its franchised dealership in Epsom. Working closely with the Aftersales Manager, you will help drive performance, improve efficiency and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day management of the dealership’s Aftersales operation.
• Lead, motivate and develop the service team to meet departmental targets.
• Maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maximise efficiency, productivity and profitability of the service department.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
• Assist in achieving key performance indicators and business objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements.

Required profile

• Previous experience within a main franchised dealership.
• Strong knowledge of aftersales operations.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to lead by example and inspire a team.

Required skills

• Full working knowledge of Keyloop.
• Full working knowledge of Kerridge.
