Assistant Aftersales Manager

About the role

Based at our Sale dealership, the Assistant Aftersales Manager will support the Aftersales Manager in delivering commercial results and exceptional customer service. This position is a key part of the dealership team, helping to drive workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in leading the workshop technician team to maximise efficiency, sold hours and first‑time fix rates.
• Support the delivery of commercial targets for the aftersales department.
• Help coordinate service appointments, parts ordering and vehicle preparation.
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Experience in automotive aftersales or service environments.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to motivate and develop a technical team.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a drive for results.
