Assistant Branch Manager – Estate Agency

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the growth of our residential property portfolio. You will work closely with the branch manager to drive valuations, listings and sales in the Dagenham area while delivering superior customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct residential property valuations and prepare listings.
• Maximise fees and manage for‑sale board presentations.
• Achieve personal and branch sales targets through effective marketing and client engagement.
• Maintain and grow a personal pipeline of listings.
• Support the branch manager in day‑to‑day operations and business development.

Required profile

• Proven track record in estate agency sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
• Self‑motivated with drive to meet and exceed targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What we offer

• Initial six‑month guaranteed salary of £40,000.
• After the guarantee, a basic salary of £20,000 plus commission (0.5% of office completions on personal listings and on target sales).
• On‑target earnings between £60,000 and £70,000, with potential for up to 16% personal commission.
• Opportunity to fast‑track to a Lister role.
