About the role

Join City Plumbing as an Assistant Branch Manager and help drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support daily operations and seize every sales opportunity to meet and exceed targets.

Key responsibilities

Manage the team and resources effectively when the Branch Manager is absent.
Assist in achieving and surpassing branch sales targets profitably.
Oversee the sales office, purchasing, and stock control.
Maximise margin and net profit while ensuring safety standards.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing trade and retail customers.

Required profile

Innovative and agile mindset to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborative approach with a strong focus on results.
Integrity, honesty, tenacity and resilience.
Pro‑active sales attitude with a desire to win new business.
Experience in customer relationship management and partnership development.
