Assistant Business Manager – Retail

About the role

The Assistant Business Manager will act as a brand ambassador for Charlotte Tilbury, driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our Edinburgh store. Working closely with the Business Manager, you will help ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and motivate the retail team to exceed targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass store financial targets and key performance indicators.
• Support the Business Manager in setting individual and team sales goals and communicate these to Retail Artists.
• Lead by example to provide outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of artistry.
• Coach, give feedback and conduct regular performance reviews to develop the team.
• Drive customer database growth for direct‑marketing initiatives.
• Foster a positive, collaborative store culture through regular team meetings and recognition.
