Assistant Director – Technology Services (EMEA & Asia)

About the role
We are seeking an Assistant Director of Technology Services to lead IT service delivery across EMEA and Asia for a top international law firm. The role combines strategic IT leadership with close collaboration with partners, lawyers and the wider technology organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the technology services strategy for the EMEA & Asia regions.
- Manage budgets, processes and service‑improvement initiatives for the service delivery function.
- Lead a team of IT Support Managers and coordinate indirect reports across global locations.
- Engage with partners and lawyers to ensure IT solutions meet business needs.
- Oversee vendor relationships and contract management.
Required profile
- Extensive senior IT leadership experience, preferably within a global law firm.
- Proven ability to work with globally dispersed teams and international environments.
- Strong partner and lawyer engagement experience.
- ITIL certification and solid knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Forward‑thinking attitude towards emerging technologies, including Generative AI.
