Assistant Finance Analyst – Fixed-Term (12 months)

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Finance Analyst to join our dynamic finance team in London. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will provide accurate and timely financial support across the Disney product portfolio, helping drive the growth of the Walt Disney Travel Company International.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the accounts payable function, verify supplier invoices and manage purchase orders.
• Perform P‑Card reconciliations and support month‑end/quarter‑end close activities, including journals and reconciliations.
• Prepare balance‑sheet reconciliations for deferred and pre‑payment accounts.
• Monitor finance tracking systems and schedule monthly reviews with budget holders.
• Check weekly trade payments, resolve discrepancies with the trade team, and reconcile ticket bookings.
• Conduct competitor analysis and produce agent sales and incentive reports.
• Execute weekly bank reconciliations across the portfolio.
• Act as a casual buyer for WDTCI, handling SAP/Coupa queries, purchase‑order tracking and supplier issues.
• Deliver ad‑hoc financial analysis as required.
