Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

Eastwood Park Country House, a 19th-century property set within 200 acres of Gloucestershire countryside and used for conferences, events and weddings, is looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. The post supports the day-to-day management and running of the Food and Beverage operation, aiming for a high standard of service and efficiency. It involves duty manager shifts and acting as Master of Ceremonies at weddings, so confidence is key.

Key responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management and running of the Food and Beverage operation
• Achieve and maintain a high standard of service and efficiency
• Carry out duty manager shifts
• Act as Master of Ceremonies at weddings

Required profile

• Experience in a hotel or Food & Beverage establishment in a similar role
• Experience of managing people and motivating a team
• Willingness to take ownership of the service offered by you and your team
• Commitment to a great guest experience through outstanding customer service
• Exceptional communication skills
• Valid permit or visa to live and work in the UK

Required skills

• Food safety qualification (desirable)
• Health and safety experience (desirable)
