Assistant General Manager – Bowling & Family Entertainment Centre

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to help run a busy bowling and family entertainment centre in Basingstoke. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure high standards of safety, service and financial performance while leading a large team on the floor.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and supervise team members across all shifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean and fun environment for customers.
• Support the General Manager with back‑of‑house duties and front‑of‑house operations.
• Drive financial targets, monitor sales and control costs.
• Ensure service standards are met and continuously improved.

Required profile

• At least 12 months’ management experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing setting (leisure, hospitality or retail).
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Proven ability to inspire and develop large teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Ambitious and results‑oriented.
