About the role

Join Nando's in Blackpool as an Assistant General Manager, leading a vibrant restaurant team to deliver the brand’s signature PERi-PERi experience. You’ll be responsible for running smooth, profitable shifts while fostering a supportive, fun workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure the Nando's customer journey is delivered across all channels.
• Motivate, engage and develop team members, spotting talent for future managerial roles.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service and hygiene.
• Drive sales performance and achieve financial targets.
• Manage staff scheduling, training and performance reviews.
• Promote a positive, inclusive team environment and uphold brand values.

Required profile

• Passion for people, food and hospitality.
• Previous management experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• High energy, enthusiasm and the ability to inspire a team.
• Customer‑obsessed mindset with a focus on delivering perfect PERi‑PERi every time.
• Eagerness to learn, develop and adapt to change.
