Assistant Lettings Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Lettings Manager to support a flagship residential lettings branch in Upminster. This role will act as the deputy to the Lettings Manager, ensuring smooth operations and delivering high‑quality service to landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Step in for the Lettings Manager during absences and maintain team performance.
• Oversee daily lettings activities, including property viewings, tenant enquiries, and lease negotiations.
• Support the team with administrative tasks, reporting and compliance checks.
• Drive revenue by achieving sales targets and promoting upsell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail in all transactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of consistent experience in residential lettings.
• Strong communication skills with a professional, positive attitude.
• Proactive approach in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficient with MS Office suite.
