Assistant Lettings Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Lettings Manager to step in for the Lettings Manager when required and to provide day‑to‑day support to the lettings team in Upminster. This position is ideal for a senior lettings consultant ready to progress or a manager looking for a role that recognises their potential.

Key responsibilities

• Act as deputy for the Lettings Manager, handling their duties during absences.
• Support the lettings team with daily operational tasks and client interactions.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all lettings documentation.
• Motivate and lead the team to achieve individual and collective performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years continuous experience in residential lettings.
• Excellent communication with a professional, positive attitude.
• Proactive approach in a fast‑paced environment.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

What we offer

• Competitive salary £21,000‑£24,000 per annum.
• On‑target earnings potential of £40,000‑£42,000.
• Full‑time, onsite role based in Upminster.
