Assistant Lettings Manager

About the role
We are seeking an ambitious Assistant Lettings Manager to support the growth of our busy Holloway office. You will work closely with the Lettings Manager to drive new business, meet branch targets and enhance profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Lettings Manager in achieving branch targets.
- Win new letting instructions and generate business.
- Conduct market appraisals, property viewings and negotiate offers.
- Coach and support junior negotiators.
- Build and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships.
- Contribute to branch growth and profitability.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years residential lettings experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in generating new business and instructions.
- Strong leadership potential.
- Full UK driving licence.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Reapit property software (preferred).

- £30,000 basic salary plus OTE exceeding £55,000.
