Assistant Lettings Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a leading London‑based estate agency to find an ambitious Assistant Lettings Manager. Working closely with an experienced Lettings Manager, you will help grow the branch’s lettings portfolio, win new instructions and support day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new lettings instructions and increase market share.
• Conduct rental valuations and convert prospects into signed contracts.
• Assist the Lettings Manager with departmental administration and team coordination.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and drive successful completions.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service to landlords and tenants.
• Maintain full compliance with current lettings legislation.
• Mentor and support junior team members as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential lettings.
• Current role as Senior Lettings Negotiator, Senior Lettings Consultant or Assistant Lettings Manager.
• Proven track record of winning new business and completing valuations.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Target‑driven, proactive attitude with ambition to progress.
• Full UK driving licence.
