Assistant Management Accountant (with ACCA/CIMA study)

About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join a high‑impact finance team in Altham. The role offers immediate involvement in monthly accounts, board pack preparation and strategic decision‑making, with full support for ACCA/CIMA qualification.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts.
- Compile board packs and provide strategic input.
- Lead and support junior team members without bureaucracy.
- Participate in senior meetings, contribute ideas and influence decisions.
Required profile
- Experience in management accounting.
- ACCA or CIMA qualification pending (business will fund).
- Commitment to work five days per week on‑site.
