Assistant Manager

About the role

Join Five Guys as an Assistant Manager and help lead a busy restaurant that serves fresh burgers and fries. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive profitability, coach the team and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and coach Shift Managers and Crew members on the line and in the dining area.
• Support the General Manager in achieving store results, managing P&L and controlling costs.
• Deliver a high‑standard customer experience, handling complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a positive working environment that reflects Five Guys values: Competitive, Enthusiastic, Family, Get It Done and Integrity.
• Identify and develop talent to build a strong pipeline for future leadership roles.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of management experience in a similar hospitality or fast‑food environment.
• Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to work the line and the dining area.
• Strong focus on customer service and team development.
